Emma Richardson
Career Objectives

My career goals are centered around exploring the many directions where science, technology, and business intersect in the biotech industry. I’m especially drawn to the growing world of biomanufacturing and how new technologies are changing the way biologics are made. I’d love to be part of teams that are working on these kinds of innovations, whether that means supporting technical projects, improving processes, or helping guide new ideas forward. I’m also considering pursuing an MBA so I can step into roles in strategic marketing, project development, or business strategy, which would allow me to help translate scientific work into practical solutions for industry needs. I enjoy roles that involve problem-solving, teamwork, and thinking creatively about what’s possible. While I’m still exploring what path feels like the best long-term fit, I’m excited to build a career where I can contribute to meaningful work and grow within a dynamic, forward-thinking organization.
