MBA Coursework
To complement my MMB degree, I completed MBA coursework focused on bridging the gap between technical expertise and commercial strategy. Below are key project deliverables that showcase my ability to apply business frameworks to the biotech industry.
MBA 585: Current Topics in Biosciences
Case Study: ThermoFisher
This coursework examines the global BioScience value chain, from R&D and intellectual property to regulatory approval and commercial logistics. To apply these frameworks, I analyzed Thermo Fisher Scientific’s $17.4B acquisition of PPD, a world-leading contract research organization. My team developed a "Two-Track" integration model to capture organizational synergies while protecting PPD's specialized talent and service-oriented culture, ultimately positioning Thermo Fisher as a comprehensive "one-stop-shop" for drug development.
ACC 570
Enterprise Risk Management
(Coming Fall 2026)
To further bridge the gap between biotechnology and business strategy, I will be completing coursework in Enterprise Risk Management next semester. I aim to master risk assessment methodologies and learn to implement effective ERM processes that link directly to high-level organizational strategy.
